Feedback Control

In this section of the course, we study feedback control, and two widely used design techniques that make feedback controllers much more valuable. This first video states what a feedback controller is, and very briefly explains process dynamics, feedback and stability.

This second video covers cascade and split-range controllers, two techniques commonly used which make feedback controllers much more versatile.

The material these videos is covered in Chapter 4 of the text. Be sure to read the text and complete the exercises to fully learn the material.
